The Information A2LIVE Collects:
User Provided Information

A2LIVE may use the information you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found now and in the future on the Site. We will use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes, for customer service purposes, to address intellectual property infringement, rights of privacy, or defamation issues, or any regarding content that you have posted to the Site. A2LIVE may use all of the information that you provide or that we collect and/or aggregate to understand and analyze the usage trends, interests, and preferences of our users, to improve the way the Site works and looks, and to create new features and functionality.

A2LIVE does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 14 years-of-age, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under 14 years-of age. IF YOU ARE UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. IF YOU ARE AT LEAST 14 AND UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY USE OR ACESS THE SITE ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE CONSENT OF YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

(a) A2LIVE uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to A2LIVE, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, A2LIVE makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
(b) If A2LIVE learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. A2LIVE may post a notice through the Site if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. 8. International Users
The Site is hosted in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). If you choose to use the Site from other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from the laws of the PRC, then please note that you are transferring your personally identifiable information outside of those regions to the PRC and by providing your personally identifiable information on the Site you consent to that transfer.

In the event that all or a portion of A2LIVE or its assets is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from users in connection with such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
