For 2016, IMS has partnered with Budweiser Storm Festival organizer A2LiVE, China’s premier electronic music promoter, to gather delegates at IMS and offer them the opportunity to do business in the region and also host a series of satellite parties alongside the nation’s leading festival, Storm.

Delegates of IMS Asia-Pacific 2016 will be an international mixture of industry professionals ranging from DJs, producers, agents, promoters, journalists and brand specialists to students and young industry hopefuls that come from across Asia, Europe, North America and beyond. Following the success of IMS’s first expansion into Singapore in 2014, the summit’s global expansion landed in China for the first time in 2015. IMS China was the first electronic music conference to be held in the country in 2015 in partnership with A2LiVE and Budweiser Storm Festival and now returns to Shanghai as the newly expanded two-day IMS Asia-Pacific 2016.

IMS Asia-Pacific 2015 was a one-day summit held in Singapore. The summit consisted of a series of panels, keynote interviews and speeches, interactive workshops and networking opportunities.

International Music Summit is an educational, inspirational and motivational thought leadership platform dedicated to creating awareness of and appreciation for electronic music and the artistry related to DJing and all related art forms. By hosting summits and events, IMS celebrates the historic and ongoing contribution of electronic music to art and culture worldwide. IMS annually hosts major events globally in Ibiza, Los Angeles, and Asia-Pacific.
